Home Staging is the process of reorganizing, rearranging , and removing excess personal belongings so that potential buyers are able to focus on the house itself. You have to stop thinking of it as your "home" and begin to visualize it as a "product" on the market.

Initial Assessment and Evaluation $75 (Up to 2 hrs)
Occupied Home Staging: $40 hr plus materials
Vacant Home Staging: Prices vary depending whether we "Accent" the main areas such as Kitchen, Focal Point in Living area, Masterbath, etc with accessories, art and small furnishings; or whether we "Fully" Stage with furniture and decor.
Pricing: $40 hr Set-up & Removal plus Furniture & Accessory Rentals
Interior ReDesign/One Day Decor
Also know as "House Fluffing" is a Room by Room consultation and makeover using your existing home furnishings to decorate with a Designer Look. There are hidden treasures waiting to be discovered in your home; they just need a fresh eye to find them. Let us help you create that look or feel you envision; or get new life out of your existing furniture and accessories.
We can mix it up, sort it out, and put it back together-Creating new furniture arrangements for better traffic flow and making the most of your focal points.
We can also provide Color Consultations and even shop for new items to finish the look. Consider this for special events such as a party or Open House; or when you're have house guests.
Pricing: $75 for 2 Hour Room Makeover; $40 Hr additional time

Moving into a new Home and want it to look like the Model Homes you visited in your search for just the right place? Let us assess what items you're working with and either provide you with a Plan of Action or complete the project for your and Set up House.
